YTI Garden Hotel provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

All you need to do is to follow the simple steps on our websites's booking engine and you will receive an immediate confirmation for your booking.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Full Payment for the room will be deducted immediately from your credit card at the time of booking. The Hotel will process the payment using the credit card details provided.

  2. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit card transactions.

  3. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit payment at the time of booking. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit cards.

  4. Due to security reasons, only the person whose name appears on the booking is allowed to check-in. At check-in, you are required to show proof of identification (Driver's Licence / Passport) and present the same credit card that was used to do the booking for verification.
    • The person named as 'Guest' in the booking and the name on the credit card used must be the same; failing which, the Hotel reserves its absolute right to refuse check-in and shall proceed with the cancellation of the room booking and forfeit the booking payment.

    • However, if you are making a booking for another person using your credit card, then you are required to complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form and return it to us via fax / email together with a copy of the said credit card (front & back).   5. If you are settling your account with a credit card, please note that as at 1 May 2009, a credit card transaction fee will apply. Current fee is 1.5% for Visa / MasterCard and 3.5% for AMEX . Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract transaction fees. These rates are subject to change without prior notice.

  6. Prices are in the local currency of the hotel and includes local taxes.

  7. At check-in, either a valid credit card pre-authorisation or a $100 cash / EFTPOS security deposit is required for any incidental charges throughout your stay.

  8. Rates cover 2 adults only and requests for bedding configuration is subject to availability.

  9. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations. A cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation will apply.

  10. For Special Events / Peak Periods, the Hotel will process the total cost of your accommodation (on booking) using the credit card details provided and the record of charge number for the transaction will be returned by email. There will be no refund under such circumstances.
